Head bleed or not?

Dear All,

Since Monday PJ has had a fever it goes up and down it went up to 101.9 and as low at 100.1 so i am giving him Tylenol. He threw up one time today. He is eating all his meal's and drinking his bottles. But he is crying alot. Do you think this could be a head bleed? He did not hit his head in anyway but he did throw up one time and he has a fever since Monday i did not call my HTC yet i think i am gonna wait till tom. I also took him to his pediatrician today {this was before he threw up} and the DR said he has a really bad cold. Do you think this is a "H" thing?I am worried cause he threw up and the fever and crying

P.S.--->PJ has always cryed since he was born so i dont know what to think but the throwing up and the fever worries me alot
